Communication is key!
Our team of dedicated Participant Liaisons will be your primary point of contact. They work with you and your support system to channel requests and feedback into action.
We’re grateful to have had existing carers show interest in furthering their knowledge of the system and have joined our administration team in some capacity. We think that first hand knowledge of supports and also the relationships developed help to aid our person-centred care.
Pre-Employment Training
We recently teamed up with Forsythe’s Training (RTO 40737) to take our Pre – Employment Training to the next level. Carers now finish training with three units towards a Certificate III in Community Services, in addition to a full understanding on 4u Care specific processes and procedures.
