Our SDA Villas could be the perfect place to call home
What is SDA?
Specialised Disability Accommodation is defined by the NDIS as ‘a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high needs.’ SDA funding contributes to the higher cost of rent for specialised accommodation, while SIL funding covers the supports you receive.
You can find further information on SDA here.
